<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and/or regenerating device of IC card capable of housing a plurality of IC cards. SOLUTION: This device comprises a retaining member 22 for retaining a substantially sheet-like IC card containing a semiconductor memory; a housing body 23 for housing a plurality of retaining members 22 in parallel in a mutually laminated state; a recording and regeneration part 24 for recording and regenerating an information signal to and from the IC card retained by the retaining member 22; a lifting mechanism 61 for moving the housing bodies 23 in the laminating direction of the retaining members 22 and opposing the retaining member 22 of a selected address to the recording and regeneration part 24; and a loading mechanism 101 for pulling the retaining member 22 opposed to the recording and regeneration part 24 by the lifting mechanism 61 into the recording and regeneration part 24.</p> |
