PURPOSE: A reinforced pipe is provided to reinforce the strength of a pipe, to maintain the erosion-proof feature, and to improve the outer appearance by integrally forming a reinforcement layer on an outer surface of the pipe using a carbon tape or carbon graphite. CONSTITUTION: A carbon tape(2A) or carbon graphite having a width corresponding to a length of a cylindrical pipe(1) is formed on an outer surface of the cylindrical pipe(1), thereby forming a reinforcement layer. In order to form the reinforcement layer, the outer surface of the cylindrical pipe(1) is polished by means of a sand paper, thereby forming a concave-convex portion on the outer surface of the cylindrical pipe(1). In order to prevent the erosion of the outer surface, epoxy resin is coated on the outer surface of the cylindrical pipe(1). The reason for forming the concave-convex portion on the outer surface is to allow the carbon tape(2A) to be easily adhered to the metal pipe(1). When the epoxy resin film is dried, the carbon tape(2A) is wound around the cylindrical pipe(1) with applying a predetermined pressure. When the carbon tape(2A) has been wound around the cylindrical pipe(1), heat is applied to the outer surface so as to fuse the carbon tape(2A) to the pipe(1).
