PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for looking for a product specification sheet of a product for a client receiving an order of the product from a purchaser, and surely produce the product of the received order. SOLUTION: The purchaser, using a distribution PC 3, transmits ordering information of a product to a dealer side PC 4 corresponding to a maker of the product via a transmission route. The dealer receives an order of the product thereby, and an order receipt screen is displayed on a CRT of the client side PC 4. When a prescribed key operation is carried out in a key board under a displayed condition where the screen is displayed, the distribution PC 3 is accessed, the PC 3 reads product specification information from a host computor 1, the specification information is transmitted to the dealer side PC 4, and at the same time a printer 12 prints out the specification sheet. Drawing about the product and a product feature are described in the specification sheet, and the ordering information, i.e., the order receipt information is also described in addition to the specification sheet information. |
