PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the value of advertisement while eliminating a user's disadvantage caused by an advertising space. SOLUTION: A provider server 2 making on-line connection at an on-line connection request from a client terminal 4 and transmitting a page requested by a user, transmits advertisement information in addition to a request page of a URL site 3 to the client terminal 4. The client terminal 4 registers the advertisement information downloaded when the on-line connection is made, as output information (such as a screen saver screen, a wallpaper screen and a starting screen) in the client terminal 4 after the on-line connection is cut off, and outputs (by a display and voice) the set advertisement information at the time of corresponding output. |
