PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, capable of recognizing in detail a moving state and a communication method. SOLUTION: In specific regions 104-1 to 104-3 and a specific region 102, radio communication devices 105-1 to 105-3 and a radio communication device 105-4 for transmitting intrinsic positional information are provided in each specific region, respectively. A communication terminal device 103 receives the positional information transmitted by the radio communication device, provided in the specific region as a moving destination, and stores the received positional information as well as the reception time. |
