PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a communication time so as to reduce a communication cost when additional image information is transmitted on the basis of the previously transmitted information in transmission of image information between information processors via a communication network and reduce a memory capacity storing the received image information in the information processor receiving the image information. SOLUTION: In an information communication system transmitting the image information between clients 102 and 103 via the network 100, when new information is transmitted in addition to the previously transmitted image information, image information constructed of components excepting the already transmitted image information, that is, only the added image information is transmitted.
