摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing titanium are provided to remarkably reduce the manufacturing time by continuously carrying out the manufacturing processes and to reduce the time required for increasing or decreasing the temperature of a reduction reaction device by allowing a heat supplying device to be continuously operated. CONSTITUTION: A reduction reaction device(100), which has performed a predetermined reduction reaction, is cooled by using a cooling device(120) attached to a peripheral portion of the reduction action device(100). Then, the reduction action device(100) is secondarily cooled to a predetermined temperature by using an external cooling device(200) which is installed in a recess(305) formed between the reaction furnace(300) and the reduction action device(100). Then, the reduction action device(100) is cooled to a normal temperature in the exterior by retrieving the reduction action device(100) from the reaction furnace(300).
