<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for accounting management for nursing care service enterprise which reduce the load on the clerical processings in a care service enterpris er. SOLUTION: A nursing care information server 1 is provided with a storage part 3a for information of persons, needing care where information related to persons 6 needing nursing care who receive nursing care service provided by a nursing care service enterpriser 5 is stored, a service actual result record information storage part 3b where actual result records of nursing care services for persons 6 needing nursing care are stored, and an actual labor report information storage part 3c, where actual labor reports from persons engaged in care are stored. Furthermore, the care information server 1 is provided with an invoice processing part 2a and a payment fee calculation part 2b, where the demand processing part 2a calculates the amount to be charged to a person 6 needing nursing care and the amount to be invoiced to an organ 4 related to insurance, on the basis of information stored in the storage part 3a and the storage part 3b and makes demands for payment to the person 6 needing nursing care and the institution 4 related to insurance on the basis of calculation results, and the payment fee calculation part 2b calculates payment fee for the person engaged in nursing care, on the basis of information stored in the storage part 3b and the storage part 3c and reports the calculation result to the nursing care service enterpriser 5.</p> |
