PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music information providing system where listening to music, practicing play, obtaining information to enhance the level of play, and also obtaining information to purchase music instruments are possible. SOLUTION: This music information providing system is to provide information relating to music to a user by using a means of broadcasting and communications. The feature of the information providing system is that a service of distributing a sound source for appreciation to listen to the music, a service of distributing a sound source for practicing to play a music instrument in time to the music, a service of distributing melodies to write words and the words to compose, a service of providing information regarding a theory for a musical performance such as a cord theory, a scale, a method of composing, a method of writing words, an arrangement and the like, and a service of providing information regarding purchasable music instruments are provided, a step to specify a music genre, a step to specify a play level, a step to specify an music instrument, and a step to specify a melody name are included in the service of distributing the sound source for practicing, and the sound source for practicing is made to be a sound source excepting the sound source of the specified music instrument. |
