PURPOSE: A towel rack for a washstand is provided to have sanitary and pleasant effects by removing water directly after washing up face and hands or hair. CONSTITUTION: The towel rack for a washstand is characterized by comprising the steps of fixing a pair of bearing bars(3)(3') projected upward to both ends of a straight towel hanging bar(1) or a U-shaped hanging bar, installing bearing brackets(5)(5') having plane upper surfaces(3a)(3a') for fixing a washstand on the upper end of the bearing bars, and installing many screw holes(4)(4')(4") to the upper surfaces(3)(3a').
