Integrated semiconductor chip has one or more leads (Z) to one or more external terminals of a supply voltage. At least one of the leads (Z) has a value of resistance sufficiently large to suppress voltage fluctuations at an internal terminal (C) of the respective lead (Z) which are caused by current pulses on the lead (Z). The value of resistance is small enough through to cause only a given maximum permissible voltage drop on the respective lead (Z) at a maximum current (Imax). The resistance value (Rd) of the respective lead (Z) is made such that the respective lead (Z) can be made of a material having a corresponding resistivity. |
