PURPOSE: A booster of the brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent negative pressure from being dissolved at one time by installing a cylinder in the vacuum tank supported by a spring and to make the brake operated several times although starting is switched off. CONSTITUTION: A booster of the brake for a vehicle comprises master vacuum compensating pedal pressure to the brake, a vacuum pump connected to the master vacuum and making vacuum state, a vacuum tank(40) maintaining constant negative pressure for easy moving of a powering piston installed in a powering cylinder of the master vacuum, and a master cylinder having a brake reserve tank and giving damping force to a front and rear brake with hydraulic operation. In the vacuum tank, a spring, connected to a cylinder(42) formed to be able to contacted with the inner side of the vacuum tank, is installed and negative pressure is generated and the brake operates several times.
