PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which prevents the uncured state of a thin layer particularly when used as the construction sealing medium to effect the thin layer application, i.e., which has excellent curability of thin layer portions. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises a hydrolyzable silyl group- containing polymer as the major compound and at least one combination of curable catalysts each to be selected from at least two different groups out of the three groups of divalent organotin compounds, tetravalent organotin compounds, and organobismuth compounds.
