PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating the surface of a three-dimensional polymer sample, comprising setting a conductive metal grid on a sample table and injecting plasma ions into the surface of the three-dimensional polymer sample, to modify the surface of the polymer sample and improve the electric conductivity of the surface of the polymer sample, and to provide equipment therefor. SOLUTION: This method for treating the surface of the three-dimensional polymer material by injecting the plasma ions into the three-dimensional polymer material by the use of the grid, comprising (a) a process for placing the three- dimensional polymer material on a sample table in a vacuum tank 1, (b) a process for placing the grid at a place apart from the surface of the material at a constant distance in the vacuum tank, (c) a process for forming the gas plasma ions for forming a graphite layer for lowering the resistance on the surface of the material in the vacuum tank, and (d) a process for adding negative voltage pulses to the grid to inject the gas plasma ions into the surface of the material. |
