SOLUTION: This lens barrel is provided with a cylindrical roller (roller-type member) 117 inserted in grooves (falling-off preventing groove part) 107f and 107g formed along a cam groove 107c on the outer periphery of a cam ring 107 on the inner periphery of a 1st lens frame 108.
