PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound containing a physiologically active substance group which can easily introduce the physiologically active substance or the like to a polymer. SOLUTION: A compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, M is a residual moiety formed by removing an amino group from a compound having the amino group; R1 is an alkyl, an alkenyl, an alkynyl, an allyl, an allylalkyl (each of these groups may have a substituent) or the like, or formula (2) or (3) (wherein, L is a bonding group consisting of a combination of one or more kinds selected from an alkylene, an arylene, O, CO and NH; the alkylene and arylene may have each a substituent; and * combines with the carbon atom of a carbonyl group)].
