PROCESS FOR DEHYDROHALOGENATION OF HALOGENATED COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for dehydrohalogenation that results in improved reactant conversion levels, and results in production of lower level of organic waste. SOLUTION: A halogenated compound is subjected to the dehydrohalogenation by using a multistep bubble reactor in which the stirring of reaction contents are carried out by the in-situ formation and evaporation of a reaction product having the boiling point lower than that of a reactant.
