PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerization type photosensitive planographic printing plate which does not cause an image part omission or stain and which is free of fogging. SOLUTION: The photosensitive planographic printing plate has a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer on the substrate and an electrically conductive coating layer on the rear face of the substrate opposite to the photosensitive layer coated face. |
