PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light cargo tracing terminal that is easily possessed together with a cargo delivered to a consignee by a delivery clerk and has high business process efficiency. SOLUTION: This cargo tracing terminal receives cargo delivering information through a cargo information managing server 30 and a communication line, and is possessed by each delivery clerk. The cargo tracing terminal comprises a delivery clerk dedicated page 12 for displaying delivery clerk information of each delivery clerk and a situation report processing page 14 for inputting a distinction between the completion of delivery and taking out of a concerned individual cargo. The distinction between the completion of delivery and taking out of the concerned individual cargo inputted by the situation report processing page 14 is transmitted to the cargo information managing server.
