UPWARD AIR-DISCHARGE TYPE HIGH-EFFICIENCY OUTDOOR DEVICE FOR REDUCING THE SIZE BY A BRAZING-TYPE ALUMINUM OUTDOOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: An upward air-discharge type high-efficiency outdoor device is provided to reduce the power consumption of a fan motor by decreasing the air-flow, to reduce the noise of fluid, and to increase the efficiency of a fan by mounting a turbo fan. CONSTITUTION: A turbo fan is composed of a circular blade plate(33); plural blades(31) mounted at the side of an upper outer peripheral surface of the blade plate to form a circumferential rotation direction and a contact line of the end in an obtuse angle; a shroud(32) connected in the bore of the blade and bent obliquely downward in the outer tip; a semi-circular motor placing unit(30) formed in the center of the blade plate and projected toward the rear side of an outdoor device to embed a fan motor(22) therein; and a scroll case for discharging the air inserted by the rotation of the blades and increasing gradually an air moving area toward the discharge side. A front plate(25) is installed with the turbo fan in a casing. The fan motor is fixed on the front plate and mounted in a case of the outdoor device. A brazing-type aluminum outdoor heat exchanger(26) comprises an aluminum first header installed in the outdoor device and bent over the lateral and rear sides of the outdoor device and an aluminum second header tank having a long inner space; a plurality of aluminum tubes connected between a pair of header tanks to distribute the refrigerant inserted into the first header tank and insert the refrigerant into the inner space of the second header tank; a plurality of corrugated fins linked between the tubes in a heat conductive area; and a soldering layer coated on the inner surface of the header tank to connect the tubes to the header tank by brazing. The casing has an air inlet port(37) for flowing the air to the lateral and rear sides of the outdoor heat exchanger and an air discharge port for discharging the air ejected through a discharge port of the scroll case of the turbo fan.
