<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing data downloading method for a printing system which can secure security against a third person by protecting the confidentiality of the printing data. <P>SOLUTION: In this printing data downloading method , the print data to be printed are stored in the storage part of a user side host device.
