PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output system facilitating setting of a print option and suitable to unify formats of printing.

SOLUTION: A user terminal 100 transmits a printing request including printing data and attribute information to a printer 200 when printing is performed. The printer 200 retrieves, on receipt of the printing request, a print option corresponding to the attribute information on the basis of the attribute information included in the received printing request from a print option registration DB 60 and prints the data, when the corresponding print option is retrieved, on the basis of the printing data included in the received printing request and the retrieved print option. The attribute information includes application information, group information, and content information.
