PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave spraying device capable of excellently and stably spraying a liquid such as an insecticide and an aromatic agent into an atmosphere. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic wave spraying device is provided with a container 4 for accommodating a liquid to be sprayed; an introduction liquid core material 1 to which the liquid is fed from a lower end, in which a surface 11 inclined to an axis is formed on an upper end and which utilizes a capillary action; a piezoelectric ultrasonic wave vibrator element 20 horizontally vibrated; and a sheath 22 adhered to a vibration surface of this piezoelectric ultrasonic wave vibration element 20 and penetrating and retaining a tip end of the introduction liquid core material 1. The sheath 22 has a through hole 23 having a larger inner diameter through a stepped part 25 and a through hole 24 having a smaller inner diameter and is obliquely cut at a position of the stepped part 25. The liquid is scattered and sprayed from an inclined surface 11 at an upper end of the introduction liquid core material 11 ultrasonic wave-vibrated.
