PURPOSE: A bioreactor for culturing microorganisms used for bioremediation of a polluted area is provided, thereby supplying microorganisms optimized for decomposition of pollutants, and recovering the polluted area. CONSTITUTION: A bioreactor for culturing microorganisms used for bioremediation of a polluted area comprises a medium producing tank(1) made of heat resistant material and having a heater(12) for sterilization of the medium and an aeration means(13); a pipe with valves for receiving the medium from the medium producing tank(1); an air supplying means(23) for supplying air; a pipe with valves for supplying cultured microorganisms to the pollution source; one or more of culturing tanks(2) for separately culturing the selected optimum microorganisms; and a control box(11) for controlling the opening/shutting of the valves and operation of the heater(12).
