PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the difficulty of keeping a water leveling always constant because of the unbalance of draining the supplying of water in a conventional boat game machine, especially having a fountain device, and to solve the difficulty that a water supplying pump works in idling when a water-feeding tank is empty because water supplying pump should constantly be operated in order to keep the shape of a fountain constant. SOLUTION: In this water supplying and draining equipment for a boat game machine, an inner wall for dividing a traveling field is formed inside of the outer wall of a water tank, a draining path is formed between the outer wall and the inner wall, and this draining path and a water supplying tank on the suction side of the water supplying pump are interposed to supply water into the traveling field with the water supplying pump and to drain water within the draining path into the water supplying tank. Between the discharging side of the water supplying pump and the water supplying tank, a water pressure releasing pipe is communicated via a valve. The upper limit level sensor and a lower limit level sensor of a water quantity within the water supplying tank are provided at the water supplying tank for driving and stopping the water supplying pump.
