DEVICE FOR SENSING PRESSURE LEAKAGE IN OXYGEN GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A device for sensing pressure leakage in an oxygen generator is provided to improve reliability of operation of the oxygen generator by installing a pressure leakage sensor which is structured so that pressure leakage is accurately sensed, and installation cost is low on a pipe line which is an air channel of the oxygen generator. CONSTITUTION: In an oxygen generator which discharges the separated oxygen into a user by flowing external air into the generator using an air pump and pressurizing the external air so as to adsorb nitrogen, thereby separating oxygen from the nitrogen, the device for sensing pressure leakage(600) in an oxygen generator comprises a hollow body(610) which is vertically connected onto the pipe line(25) connecting the air pump to an oxygen separation device; a flexible diaphragm(620) which is sealingly installed along the inner circumferential surface of the body at the lower part inside the body, and which is extended or contracted by air pressure flowing along the pipe line; an electrolyte solution(L) which is filled to a certain water head in the upper part of the diaphragm; a plurality of electrode rods(631-634) each of which are installed at the upper part of the body at different elevations so that they are dipped into the electrolyte solution, and an electric current is flown into the solution depending on a water head of the electrolyte solution that is changed by the vertical vibration of the diaphragm; and light emitting diodes(A-C) which are connected to the electrode rods so as to visibly transmit flowing state of current to a user.
