SOLUTION: When the information on the customer is transmitted from a customer information card to an electronic shelf card by radio communication, the information on the commodity is transmitted from the electronic shelf card to the customer information card by the radio communication and memorized in the customer information card. At the adjustment time of the commodity, the information on the commodity and the information on the customer are transmitted from the customer information card to a register by the radio communication. Adjustment of the commodity is executed at the register based on the information on the customer and the information on the commodity.
