PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the case structure of a portable telephone, capable of being made attractive as a case, and reducing apprehension of dropping this portable telephone during use, and actually preventing it from being dropped. SOLUTION: In this case structure of a portable telephone, on which a portable telephone function is mounted by mounting an antenna and arranging a receiver and a liquid crystal display part at the upper part and a transmitter and a function operating button group at the lower part, a frame is formed which is integrated with the case in the surrounding of the case.
