PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which suppresses a flicker. SOLUTION: The image forming device 10 forms an image on an image receiving material by superposing a photosensitive material and the image receiving material on each other on a heat drum 36. At this time, the heater 100 is controlled by changing the duty ratio of a control signal outputted form a controller 108 to a heater driver 106, thereby, the surface temperature of the heat drum 36 is kept constant. At the time other than the image forming time when meticulous control is necessary, the period of the control signal is prolonged (ON/OFF control of the heater 100), thereby, the flicker is suppressed.
