PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated selector valve capable of reducing the consumed power, hardly producing the noise, reducing the cost for a device and the manufacturing cost with a simple structure, and functioning as a four- way selector valve. SOLUTION: This motor operated selector valve comprises a stepping motor, a rotary valve element 20 integrally rotatably mounted at an inner peripheral side of a rotor, and a valve seat member 30 mounted oppositely to one end face side of the rotary valve element, and provided with two inflow ports 33 and two outflow ports 32, 34 on its seat face 30a, the rotary valve element is rotated while slid on the seat face, and comprises a closing valve part 20B capable of being selectively located at a first rotation stopping position A to be placed on one inflow port 33 and one outflow port 32, and a second rotation stopping position B to be placed on one inflow port 33 and the other outflow port 34, and a recessed part 22 is formed on the closing valve part to communicate the inflow port 33 and the outflow port 32 or 34 on which the valve part is placed.
