PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that conventionally drop of a rubber connector, decrease in productivity, decrease in the connecting strength of a rubber bush or the like, when the connector is thinned and to provide a microphone holder for a thin capacitor microphone. SOLUTION: The microphone holder 1 comprises the rubber connector 20 having conductive parts 21, 22a and 22b exhibiting conductivity between front and rear surfaces, and the rubber bush 10 having a space 11 for housing a microphone substantially at the center. In this case, the rubber bush is connected to one side surface of the connector, and the connector is integrated with the bush. Since the bush is connected to one side surface of the connector, even if the connector is thinned, the connector will not be deformed nor inclined when integrally connecting both, but a full connection strength is obtained.
