Redundant medium and low voltage lines (18,19) of a local network transformer station (15a) are coupled to that of other station (15b) through couplers (20,21), during occurrence of fault. A filter (24) arranged inside the coupler (21), passes high frequency signal and blocks low frequency signal. An Independent claim is also included for signal filter.
