PURPOSE: An exhibition hall management device and method using the Internet is provided to support a remote business talk, and question and answer between customers and exhibiting company using two-way multimedia communication technology. CONSTITUTION: The exhibition hall management device using Internet consists of cameras, encoding device(30), storage device and control device, which connects remote participant with exhibitor. A static camera device(14) and mobile camera device(16) is installed each exhibiting booth(12) and between booths respectively. If the remote participant selects a booth, the exhibitor is connected and motion video, which is encoded by the encoding device, is provided. The motion video is also saved in the DB storage device. Whoever wants to attend this remote business talk can attend through an exhibition management server(40). When the remote participant requests materials or previous exhibition motion video, the materials can be easily searched in DB(50) storage device. If any company(20) does not want to make a booth in the exhibition hall but attend remotely, it can make booth wherever it wants and visitors can attend using remote visiting service.
