METHOD FOR PREPARING MYOCARDIAL CELL AND METHOD FOR SEARCHING CARDIOPATHY THERAPEUTIC AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the mass preparation of high-purity primary myocardial cells, and to provide a multispecimen-compatible searching method for cardiopathy therapeutic agents by use of myocardial cells. SOLUTION: This method for the simple mass preparation of high-purity primary myocardial cells from the heart of animal fetus or neonate is provided. The other objective multispecimen-compatible type seaiching method for cardiopathy therapeutic agents is characterized by involving efficiently detecting in high sensitivity a myocardial cell apoptosis by the use of the myocardial cells prepared above. Owing to a method for screening a compound or a salt thereof inhibiting an apoptosis by the use of the detective method mentioned above, the respective candidate compounds for myocardial apoptosis inhibitory agents, gp130-mediated receptor agonists, myocardial cell protective signal potentiating agents and cardiopathy prophylactic/therapeutic agents can be obtained.
