PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch-resistant wire for an extrusion molding which has such advantages that a degreasing treatment before molding is not required and the binding strength is high without the application of an adhesive and further, the high adhesion can be retained in the molding for a long time as well as a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This wire W for preventing the extrusion molding M from stretching is embedded in one piece with the molding M as a core. The entirety of the wire 11 made of steel is covered with a metal plated layer 12 and an irregular part 15 is nicked on both surface side 10A and back side 10B of the wire 11.
