PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of growing a biopolymer crystal which is capable of enhancing crystallization rate and work efficiently and enables crystal structure of the grown crystal to be analyzed simply and quickly. SOLUTION: The apparatus of growing the biopolymer crystal is provided with a chip for crystal growth that consists of a reservoir cell 16 which reserves a liquid drop containing the biopolymer, the chip body 12 to which the opening 18 is attached, and the crystallization promoter 14 which is freely attached to or detached from the reservoir cell 16 and immersed partly in the liquid drop in the reservoir cell 16.
