PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of refined hydrogen peroxide solution, in which bubble on refining is not stagnated in a refining tower, pressure and temperature are not raised, and a hydrogen peroxide solution can be in contact with an ion exchange resin safely and efficiently. SOLUTION: In refining a hydrogen peroxide solution, as a raw material, containing a chelate resin, a refining tower is packed with an ion exchange resin, a chelate resin or an adsorption resin. Based on a sensor installed on the tower sensing a flow rate of the hydrogen peroxide solution supplied, as the raw material, to the refining tower, a pump output of the hydrogen peroxide solution to the tower is controlled. With the flow rate of the hydrogen peroxide solution being kept constant, the hydrogen peroxide solution is contacted with the ion exchange resin, the chelate resin or the adsorption resin. |
