PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent problems from occurring even when a tap is formed into a type wherein a beverage can naturally flow out by preventing a plug from carelessly being opened without making a container especially inconvenient in usage. SOLUTION: This directly drinking heat insulation container is equipped with a cylindrical port 5 and the plug 6 at the mouth section 4a of the container 4 wherein a space between an internal cylinder 1 made of a stainless steel and an external cylinder 2 is vacuumized. In this case, the cylindrical port 5 is provided so that the beverage can be directly drunk. The plug 6 opens/closes the cylindrical port 5 accompanying the attaching/detaching of the plug 6 to/from the cylindrical port 5. Then, an attaching/ detaching structure of the plug 6 having an operation control section 41 is provided. The operation control section 41 can make a removing operation possible by releasing a play or an operation block by a different operation from a specified removing operation, when the play or the operation block is generated in the specified removing operation under a fitted state of the plug 6 on the cylindrical port 5, or in the middle of the specified removing operation to remove the plug 6 from the cylindrical port 5.
