PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control management system for an electric apparatus in which such malfunction as an inadvertent breaker cutoff is precluded from occurring and which allows efficient operation thereof, by centrally controlling the operating conditions of the electric apparatus connected to a power line. SOLUTION: The control management system for the electric apparatus wherein operation control of the electric apparatus 2 is performed by connecting the electric apparatus 2 coupled with the power line L1 to a control unit 1 by way of a transmission path comprising: a control means 20 in which the electric apparatus 2 deliver intrinsic data including identification data to the transmission path and also the operating conditions of the apparatus are controlled upon receipt of transmitted control signals, and an electrical distribution setting means 10 in which the control unit 1 establishes power distribution to be supplied to the electric apparatus 2 based on the innate data transmitted from a plurality of electric apparatues 2 and the control signals corresponding to the establishment are delivered to the electric apparatus 2 through the transmission path.
