PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a stable mounting state of electric parts with degassing property secured. SOLUTION: A degassing indentation 17 communicated through a terminal hole 16 is formed on a mounting surface in a circuit board 13 in which a bus bar 14 is coated with insulated resin 15. The degassing indentation 17 is formed in a shape of extending an opening as far as outside from the visible outline of a main body casing 21 of a relay 20 when installing a relay. While emitting gas G occurring in soldering through the degassing indentation 17, an area contacting with the circuit board 13 is increased so as to secure a stable mounting structure even in the event of occurrence of vibration.
