PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 1st-order all pass filter that can reduce the layout and consists of MOS transistors(TRs). SOLUTION: The all pass filter consists of a 1st voltage current conversion means 3 that outputs a current in response to a difference between an input voltage signal and an output voltage signal and consists of a MOS TR, a capacitor C1 whose one terminal is connected to an output terminal of the 1st voltage current conversion means 3 and whose other terminal is connected to ground in terms of AC, a 2nd voltage current conversion means 4 that outputs a current in response to a difference between an output voltage signal of the 1st voltage current conversion means 3 and the output voltage signal of the means 4 to an output terminal 2 and consists of a MOS TR, and a 3rd voltage current conversion means 5 that outputs a current in response to a difference between the output voltage signal from the 1st voltage current conversion means 3 and the input voltage signal to the output terminal 2 and consists of a MOS TR.
