PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leak alarm the alarming display of which is easy to see and which eliminates the fear of breakage. SOLUTION: The gas leak alarm 1 is provided with a recess part 3 formed at a part of a front surface panel 2, a slant face part 5 formed to be deep gradually from the lower side of the surface of the panel 2 to the part 3, and an alarm display means 4 arranged within the part 3 so as to avoid projecting from the surface of the panel 2.
