PURPOSE: Provided is a UV curable silicon coating agent composition containing a functional colloid silica oligomer, which is excellent in abrasion-resistance, heat-resistance, weather-resistance, and storage-stability. CONSTITUTION: The UV curable silicon coating agent composition comprises 30-40% of the functional colloid silica oligomer, 10-30% of a reactive oligomer containing urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate, polyether acrylate, and etc., 20-40% of a reactive monomer, 3-7% of a photo-initiator of the formula, 2% of an oxidizing stabilizer, and 3-5% of an ultraviolet-absorbing agent, wherein the functional colloid silica oligomer is produced by mixing an oil colloid silica with pH of 3-5 and a silane compound with an acryl functional group in the weight ratio of 8:1-1:8 and then mixing the mixture and water in the weight ratio of 100:2-8. |
