PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly change a beam in an adaptive array antenna of TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) method with no guard time. SOLUTION: At a data assigning circuit 103, a data packet is assigned to the first and the second transmission burst IF signal generating circuits 101 and 102, according to the destination information. The first and the second transmission burst IF signals are supplied to the first and the second phase control circuits 106 and 107. When the destination of the packet is changed, the phase shift of the first and the second phase control circuits 106 and 107 is completed for its control until the transmission burst IF signal for the relevant destination is inputted into the control circuits 106 and 107.
