PURPOSE: A device for mounting a 2-dimensional flat motor is provided to smoothly mount a movable element on a sensor plate in case that the movable element is rapidly stopped or air isn't injected through an air inlet port, thereby preventing the damage of the sensor plate due to the impulse between the sensor plate and the movable element. CONSTITUTION: A sensor plate(12) is assembled to a flat surface of a stator plate(11). A first air inlet port(22) connected to an air supply tube(31) and an air pressure meter(32) is formed in the center of a movable element(20). In addition, a plurality of second air inlet ports(23) connected to the first air inlet port(22) are formed along respective corners of the movable element(20), thereby injecting air supplied through the air pressure meter(32), the air supply tube(31) and the first air inlet port(22). A plurality of cylinders(31) for mounting the movable element(20) are assembled to the movable element(20). A controller(34) senses that the air pressure form the air pressure meter(32) is lowered than a predetermined value or an electrical signal isn't supplied to an armature coil part(21), thereby operating the cylinders(31).
