<p>The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide - HOMO neurofibroma amplified protein 9.24 and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant method. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as embryo peroplasia, autoimmunity disease, phymatosis, and for studying on dotage resistance of human being. Antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO neurofibroma amplified protein 9.24.</p> |
