Electrophotographic transfer paper of the present invention satisfies at least one of expression of LMD/HMD >/= 60 and LCD/HCD >/= 35, where MD represents a paper direction parallel to the movement direction of a paper machine, LMD(cm) represents stiffness in MD, CD represents a paper direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the paper machine, and HCD(%) represents expansivity in CD.
