PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the time for communication is extended as the result of the increase of a data capacity in transmission since all the pieces of information which have to be provided are simultaneously transmitted, in an information providing system. SOLUTION: The information providing system consists of an information providing server having a prediction means for predicting the next behavior of an information receiving person, a recommendation information generating means for generating recommend information including a recommendation sentence prompting the predicted next behavior and an answer sentence corresponding to the recommendation sentence and a transmission means for transmitting the recommendation information, and an information receiving terminal having a receiving means for receiving the recommendation information and an output means for outputting advertisement information corresponding to the answer sentence when the answer sentence is selected.
