摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management function that is effective for the welfare and health system of a firm. SOLUTION: A subscriber point processing request generating module 12, when receiving the request of an application for point use, asks a system management module 14 to present a table of menus usable by a subscriber. An input for designating the menu to be used is received from the subscriber and a point processing request is generated according to the input and sent to a point processing request spool 20. On receiving a menu use determination event from the external, a process event manager 15 searches the point processing request from within the spool 20, and if it is in an executable condition, fetches it to a point processing module 13. The point processing module 13 executes processes (addition, subtraction, shift) for the accounts 30 of the subscriber according to the contents of the point processing request and notifies a point use history reporting module 16 of the processes executed. The module 16 stores the contents of the point processes executed and reports them at the timing set in a settlement timing table 34.
