PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem where the designer cannot have made a design at the designing step in consideration of the standard working time necessary for manufacturing a product that is designed by himself/herself since the machine parts are conventionally designed on the personal computer by means of graphic plotting software and also the standard working time required in each parts manufacturing process is set at an individual department after the designing work is over. SOLUTION: In a graphic plotting system that is used for designing the machine parts, a designer designates plural items necessary for setting the standard working time required to manufacture the parts when the designer designs the parts and performs its graphic plotting. Thus, the standard working time necessary for manufacturing the parts designed by the designer himself/ herself is shown at a display part of the system. Thereby the designer can instantaneously recognize the standard working time necessary for manufacturing the part when designing of the parts is completed.
